Mr. Tian Wenguo

Aged 56, possesses extensive experience in the telecommunicationsindustry, with over 30 years of management expertise in the field. Since April 2018, Mr.Tian has served as the chairman of Shidai Yunying (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. (時代雲英(深圳)科技有限公司). Previously, Mr. Tian worked at ZTE Corporation, wherehe successively served the roles of manager of the Chongqing office and general managerof the Southwest region at ZTE Corporation from 1996 to 2002, senior vice president andgeneral manager of the Sales Division II from 2002 to 2005, executive vice president incharge of the marketing and operations system from 2005 to 2007, executive vice presidentin charge of the marketing system from 2007 to 2008, executive vice president in chargeof the product marketing system from 2008 to 2010, executive vice president in charge ofthe logistics system from 2010 to 2012, executive vice president in charge of global salesand engineering services from 2012 to 2015, and person-in-charge of the new energy sectorfrom 2016 to 2017. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2018, Mr. Tian served as the chairman ofShenzhen ZTE International Investment Limited (深圳市中興國際投資有限公司), SanyaZTE International Investment Co., Ltd. (三亞中興國際投資有限公司), and Tianjin ZTEInternational Investment Company Limited (天津中興國際投資有限公司).Mr. Tian graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1991, where he obtained hisbachelor’s degree majoring in Electromagnetic Measurement and Instrumentation. From2005 to 2006, he completed his EMBA program at Tsinghua University and obtained amaster’s degree in Business Administration.
