Aged 55,
was appointed as a non-executive Director of our Company in June 2017. Mr. Yao
is responsible for overseeing the corporate development and strategic planning
of our Group. Mr. Yao has been the chairman of the board of directors of Jumbo
Sheen Group (宏兆集團),
a company incorporated in the PRC and principally engaged in equity investment
and fund management, since 2002. Dr. Yao is not and has not been a director of
any other listed company in Hong Kong or overseas in the past three years. Mr.
Yao received a bachelor’s degree in economic and administrative management from Chinese People’s Liberation Army Nanjing
Political College (中國人民解放軍南京政治學院) in 2006 and an executive master of
business administration degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (長江商學院) in 2009.
